What is the try-on experience?

Our Try-On box is free and consists of your choice of samples! These jewelry items are replicas of Luvente’s Collection designs and are crafted in sterling silver with gold plating. We require a valid credit or debit card for your order, but not to worry—the trial is free! An account on Luvente.com will automatically be created for easier shipping and return of the sample jewelry. Items that are not returned will be charged a replacement fee. Please get in touch with us at info@luvente.com if you need assistance with the return or if anything has delayed the shipment.

Failure to return any items from the Home Try-On, in good condition, will result in a charge for the cost of the item.

How long can I keep my home Try-On jewelry?

The Try-On jewelry can be kept for up to 14 days and can always be sent back sooner. Please don't toss the packaging or printed information as we’ve made it easy to use the provided materials for the return! If you need a new return label for any reason, please email info@luvente.com with your order number for assistance.

What if I want to purchase a home Try-On replica jewelry item?

Our try-on jewelry is intended to represent their fine jewelry counterpart and are not meant to be worn daily.

Sizing can be tricky. If your knuckle's larger than the base of your finger, split the difference between two sizes. You need a fit that slides on smoothly but stays put. So, take two measurements and meet somewhere in the middle.

Measuring Tips for a Flawless Fit

When measuring, make sure you are at a normal body temperature; fingers shrink in the cold & expand in the heat!
Stay cool, don't measure when you're hot! Fingers shrink in the cold and expand in the heat.
Skip the salted rims before sizing - cocktails and swelling fingers don't mix, so you will not get an accurate measurement.
When in doubt, size up. If you're caught between sizes, don't sweat it. Go for the larger size and enjoy a fit that's just right.

Measure Your Finger

What you'll need:

A thin strip of paper; we recommend a 3” strip
Pen or marker
Ruler

Steps:

Wrap the paper around the base of your finger, right where you plan to wear the ring.
Make sure the paper is snug against your finger for the most accurate measurement.
Grab that pen or marker and mark where the paper meets.
Lay that strip flat and break out the ruler to measure the distance between your mark and the end of the strip, all in millimeters.
