Free Shipping Both Ways With FedEx/UPS

We offer free FedEx/UPS shipping on every USA order. To make your Luvente purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from the USA!

All orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

At Luvente, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of thousands of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an birthday’s, anniversaries, graduation, and many more. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx/UPS location, can be made by calling us at 212.730.1003. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $30. Limited time only.

Shipping Policies

For your protection, Luvente always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Luvente is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Luvente within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Luvente.
